Please note that online contributions must be made with personal credit cards only.  If you are applying for a membership, you commit to abide by the constitution, policies, and principles of the Green Party of Canada, and must be a permanent resident of Canada and not a member of another federal political party.

All Canadians with taxable income receive tax credits for contributions made to the Green Party of Canada. This means that a contribution of $200 actually costs $50, since $150 (75%) will be credited on your income tax.

You will receive your official receipt for tax purposes early next year, in good time to prepare your taxes. Membership in the Green Party of Canada is open to permanent residents of Canada 14 years of age and over, who are not members of another federal political party. Membership in the party will not be valid until a signed application form and payment have been received.
